I have no idea how to pass this, help?

So my formation can easily defeat these monsters, however one of the PVE supports has a buff that completely makes it go on god-mode and keeps going like skill round, I do no damage, I do no damage, skill, I do no damage and so on..
I have absolutely no idea of what to do to pass this and have been stuck on this stage for quite some time. Any tips? My yoruichi doesn't seem to be able to stun it too..

i think i did it with ulquiorra's ignite ... use any DoT so it'll ignore his def.

I may sound like a complete idiot but I'm sure I had tested this skill before with no effect. It worked now though, you're a lifesaver, thanks!!!
