Cheapest is 5* 14, 1* 12 + Evo + Psychic

44 Fury stones ( 14 is 8 basic fury 8x5 = 40. 12 is 4 basic = 44 )

Another option besides Reio Guardian is Treasure Maps if you want to be T1 quicker.

About 4250 gold for 12 basic fury stones (ignoring refresh costs). I think you need 128 fury stones in total. (2 18%, 4 16% stones)

So, 128 / 12 -> 11 Treasure Maps to complete -> 11 * 4250 = 46750 gold

On the other hand, if you get psychic from the white enchant stone, that means you only need 6 16% stones -> 96 fury stones needed in total

96 / 12 = 8 -> 8 Treasure Maps to complete -> 8 * 4250 = 34000 gold

Of course, if your character gets bonus initial fury from evolution, that would mean less fury stones are needed.

5 * 14% + 1 * 12% = 82%

There are three possibilities for initial fury bonus for evolution that I have seen: 0, 5, or 10. It depends on your character, but 5 is pretty common so I will assume you mean that.

Initial fury bonuses are applied after fury stones, so 50 initial fury * 1.82 + 5 from evo + 4 from green psychic = 100 initial fury.
HOWEVER, nobody has green psychic. It is way too rare to be practical. You have to settle for the white stone's 2-point psychic bonus unless you are really lucky or use way too many green stones.
