She would work.
But teh suck train goes as follows.
Tav Ruk < Druk < Cute Ori.
Thus Cute Ori is the least suck possible for the +30 fury generators.
(She's really pretty dope in pve)

no matter what furybooster you use, it will always work if your furyboosters have enought stones

wouldn't urahara t1, max mod rukia work, without getting any stones on rukia, or wont urahara rise enogh fury for rukia?

Nah, ruk would need a minimum of one 10% stone as she would be 5% short

Thats pretty good actually, not needing full fury stones on rukia.

Just gotta remember that as you progress,
speed becomes more and more important,
so you shouldn't become reliant on her for t1 for long.
It's only a good strategy in pvp against people that aren't t1ed at all.
But even urahara starts lagging behind quite noticeably eventually.
Thus, Gin for UBP 2015.

you just need 1x primary stone (10%) on rukia, but becareful rukia can mess your t1 due to her slowness

Don't worry, I play Kirinji + Gin supportline, both filled with speed. I'm not going to play around Rukia, and I use Urahara only in pve.
