Can't imagine how you guys earn silver and exp there.  Must greatly be diminshed there, especially with all those new partners coming.  Don't know how you manage to lvl them up with exp books, if silver is diminished.

Well I get about 30-40M from ES every day and 15-40M silver from Ryoka depending on my luck in there. Plus another 20M or so in items from soul palace and instance and such. So my silver income's not too bad. My exp has taken a beating though. No idea how Dragoon seems to manage almost 50M some days. I'm lucky to pull off 30M in a day if I'm using vit as well

I'm surprised you get that much from ES.  Considering most of your active members are shinigami, so that ES must be the 1st one down.  Dragoon must have a feast at arrancar too.  Almost all by himself getting good exp and silver there.  That might explain his level.
