make a new account? if you are not high vip, not level 100 at least, start on a new server and feel thejoy of playing with LORD GANJU again

@OP, the password retrieve is kinda weird. i once did it but i forgot the steps. its not as simple as its supposed to be. i had a password for the game and another password for the forum but somehow its linked when you lose one.  did you get ir resolved?

i sent an email to the support and they answered idk how they did that finnaly =]]
now the problem is solved i reseted my pw and everything is ok
