Isshin was fixed because his skill wasn't working as it should. He was giving 100% combo rate to all ...

fixed is such a strong word, they could have fixed it when they saw the problem , but they left it a very long time, but then came kensei , and nerfing ishin would push people 2 buy kensei ... really sucky move on there part ...

remember when they "fixed " dark rukia buff problem , they did it asap .... but they left ishin , knowing lots of people would get him ......

This is the normal Isshin

A partner being so cheap should not go back to his old ways of beating say 40k gold partners, that is what old Isshin could simply do by just focusing him; winning against people that have spent much more than you, even triple more than you, but as long as you focus Isshin you can win

and no I am not stating this because I've come across a problematic Isshin or I am happy with the nerf etc. just I've had more than enough experience with him, and seeing how op he was before was generally stupid for such a priced character

dark rukia was never the problem. The problem was that buffs from partners like d. rukia, c. orihime, w. ichigo, etc... were stacking when they weren't supposed to be. I know kosmo mentioned that it looks like buffs do in fact stack in cn but if i'm not mistaken buffs are not supposed to stack here (at least they aren't supposed to yet). That being said the buff stacking wasn't immediately fixed although i will admit that lasted only a short amount of time. The reason that it needed prompt fixing though was because of players like curls who at the time was one shotting lvl 150 evil spirits thanks to the buffs from white ichigo continuously stacking...
