12 levels and only a 12k spd difference... so shinso's speed advantage doesnt really kick in until ...

Nah, his growth rates are much higher and I'm fairly certain he has a nice agility talent too, meaning as you stack him with equips the difference will be immediately noticeable. In terms of speed Kisuke is slow as dirt, at the same time though Shinso is starting to become outclassed as well in terms of speed. But if you're a F2P he's basically a much much better and faster Kisuke and I recommend him a lot.

the thing is, 47.5k is 54 stone packs, thats 30+ lv8 spirit stones and 54 basic fury stones

I wouldn't buy him for that price, I was assuming you'd get him with gold. I'd just keep your coupons and save Vit for UBP. He'll be in there eventually.

good point, the thing is im starting to use coupons to refresh dailies, which atm is looking at least 1/3 cheaper than just buying comrade contracts
but since he might show up in ubp, ima just stop
