The two best PvE characters in the game right now are:

Mugetsu and Ywach.

dude...    mug best for pve?  like really?   AOE at 190% is best pve in game?  dude...  your out of touch bro...  as for Ywach, not sure on him,  but just what you said about Mug...   like...  wow   while I do agree that fury gain is massive for pve, shinso is hardest hitting support with fury gain, and he's a down step for either of his supports.  and Sexy Yourichi is hardest hitting assaulter with fury gain, again, she is a definite down step for either of his.   he has combo rate, crit rate, damage increase, crit damage increase, and massive damage %...   so yeah,
