univeral fragment drop rates may be very very low, but chests shouldnt be cuz you get different chests depending on difficulty

i know some player have characters like b rukia, mugetsu and one or more mambers of the zero squad...
the thing is that i am one of thos who reperesent the VIP0!!! comunity and for us the main can relly save the day...
besides if they first add something like that they should be able to fix it sooner or later too

its not the fact people have over powered partners ya smart ass. its that bugs take time to fix. they have to seriously go in and find what is causing the bug and try to think of ways thats not going to completely fuck everyone over. as in break the game more with more bugs.

thats the point of them being over powered. my kirinji and tosen have more damage and bp then my main. am i bitching that it's not being touched? nope. gives me the time to save up those universal evolution fragments for when they do something about it.
