You do know it is chances to get the correct task? You could spend 1000 coupons and still not get the task you need, refreshing is 10 each, once you do 4 refreshes you have lost profit as you also spent coupons on obtaining the x2 reward

The strategy you are stating isn't consistent in reliability, or profitable in gaining coupons

Never stated its more reliable and definitely never stated is profitable for coupons. It's just a lot cheaper than buying comrade contracts with coupons.

But that's the point of it all, to gain coupons, not lose it

I am level 106 and get 10X free refreshes a day from welfare since the first day it came up.  I have yet to get one contract.  unless your spending a damn lot of coupons there, you will not get any real amount of contracts.

Well, luck of the draw. I reach 144 - 148 daily with just a couple of refreshes.
