Rythen said the developers were suggesting that it wouldn't be another 3 months until new partners but also that there was possibly a zanpakuto on the way.

Let's wait and see.

it sounds like they are though. tbh in the manga, she had the tiniest role.  I wouldnt be surprised.  As for the zanpaktou, they are probably waiting to see what ichigo's new zan looks like

It was Yhwach and Ichibe iirc.

Dunno about Oetsu, but Hikifune wasn't shown there before.

That aside, I also wouldn't mind Yhwach for 6-12k...

I know, they will cancel paypal top up option 5 minutes before the event ends so people don't get the money
