Your formation and partners sounds like you followed nemu's recomendation on partners and zanpakut ...

no not really. i only use yoruichi for support cover. i still have tosen, starrk, and kirinji in my formation. if shuhei is a support partner yoruichi is gone no matter what cuz i need to replace her with someone better. just hope shuhei is good.

i tend to pimp my partners up as i use them in my formation. i still use sajin just starrk is at a point where he is doing good on my team.

I can't really say nothing to that, i did the same. The best thing about starrk is, that he needs some work done on him, not like koma that just stands there. After that even if you need koma for specific task he's better then before.

Btw i left you a BR a while ago to show you my starrk. Did you ever see it?
