Well I don't care people without any profile pic, being novice is second worst thing. And how come is selling an account off-topic entertainment, I don't see anything fun in that.

You have to put there if you are selling, if gogames has the same terms and conditions as joyfun then they don't (in theory) allow selling of accounts. But if it has to be sold and put on forum for advertisement, they said to at least put it in off-topic to make sure it does't rubbish the forum. Or something along the lines.
