Side question: does fortify and or fortify bonuses like 100% crit dmg on mugetsu apply to pve?  Ive heard many people say both yes, an no.  Maybe you know?  BWG? how about you?

I think it means the effects such as giving damage or so after the round, because it says 'forfity effects' it didn't say fortification, which itself means the stats it gives you. So I'd say it only affects such as defence Toshiro gets from Hyorinmaru at certain milestones or so.

im confused, lol.  would mugetsu get that bonus or not?  according to your interpretation, then not in pve?

hmmm, interesting ... thanks for the info sweetie

yeh stone bonuses are capped at 90%
lets say Evo gives you 12.50% more block or whatever then you will have 102.5% block total
a Bond at max level gives you 10%more etc.. then you have 112.5% total

if you have a break limit mod feel free to upgrade to lv 12 stones *good luck with that*
then at that point ur stats are just crazy.
Altho the break limit cap also seems to have a cap to it as well lmao
not sure what it is but i think someone mentioned 120% total or something so from 90% cap to 120%
then add in bonuses from evo/bond afterthat =P

How I understood was that Phase effects don't stay in pve but Attribute Bonuses do.

Mugetsu Mod is considered as a passive skill so i believe it works everywhere, while the Zanpakuto only in pvp
