You can get the blue stones elsewhere other than lv 100

Not worth 16 stones in Soul Hunt though. Not when you eventoully get them for free. They don't give you that big a boost to warrant it.

That is horribly inaccurate. The non-VIP / low-VIP players on my server (of the few remaining left) are around 70-80 or so on S18 which is almost exactly 2 months old (July 26).
