For one Hisagi came out of nowhere. He is not a royal guard or sternritter, he doesn't have Bankai ( well, eh does, but it hasn't been shown ), he isn't a Shinigami that has been featured in a actual fight in a long time, and he is coming at a time where Shinigami Agent is going to need to be renewed. Not to mention Shinigami Agent was undoubtably a HUGE purchase acrossed the game. There hasn't been something of that magnitude ever.

It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that we probably get a new character + new mod fragments for that character.

1. rewards are as displayed
2. welfare is randomly added or modified, subject to display
3. to receive renew reward, must renew before valid date (i think that means before your current expire)

rewards = tenjiro, daily/weekly claims etc
welfare = the stuff like additional hma reset

Is the top-up reward a one time thing?  I renewed mine during reio and have not seen the top-up reward reset since.  Then with gogames you never know if it is a bug or working as intended.
