If you guys are in the upper 200's then I can expect to see your in my csb soon (hopefully) if these csb merges eventually come to the higher servers

Lovely.... I'm on s248 I don't wanna see any server merger anytime soon now.

On a side note did Kubo Saburo quit already? I don't see him in the csb.

Kubo probably got pushed to another CSB with this merge.  Hes in 250, so hes probably in the 250-273 csb now

kubo wasnt hard to take down.  tons of money spent, not great at planning. im using my pve team in CSB, dont even bother having a pvp team.   You want to catch up to me?  beat my reiatsu, and start there, lol

That's accurate currently. I crushed him last CSB, and Oguri can beat me this CSB.

However, given how much money he throws around, that could always change.

Exactly why I'd rather him over you and Oguri there.
Although he can throw around that money however he feels, bit weird why he doesn't do very well.

some, like me, dont give a crap about pvp.  i like pve, i see it as a way to get free stones, silver, and easiest way to get stronger.  if there were no hogyoku souls as prizes, id NEVER bother with csb at all.  he could be similar.  spending tons on partners vs stones, etc wont get you very far as well.

stones>equips>partners, but skills can be deadly and override that formula
