1. Attack all enemies with 200% growth. (damage)
2. decrease all enemies hp recovery rate by a 100% (can't be healed)
3. cast Mutilate and stun on enemy VG, Mutilate 30% (Mutilate goes from 1-100% meaning a decrease of 1-100% HP per round)

last csb i used my oetsu only to get past 2 guys with stacked VG and i can confirm that mutilate deals 80% damage before the enemy partner does his next attack.

Also, keep in mind that Rukia's stun is also targeted on VG and that rukia's mutilate goes for 3 rounds.

well oetsu is pretty much meant to be a "one hit one kill" partner

thats the problem, he should skill only when the VG is left. or just hope that he survives till he can skill again to just the VG

he is my endgame supporter

. love his skill. 1 month to get to his 3rd mod hehe. till then am letting him evolve
