Hmmm... All others games similar to Bleach (I mean online, browser games) working good, only with Bleach I have issue with black screen...

They are working on the FIX to fix that issue with the latest flash version....give it time.

Like seriously, this is straight up bad service.
I'm paying for this game, getting bugs every freaking minute, probably going to miss an entire weekend of Evil Spirit events (can't do them during the week because I'm at work when the events are going on) because the "Support Team" (if they can even be called that) doesn't work on weekends. There is no maintenance for already established servers nor do they post notices for problems they have been made aware of but they're opening a new server like every f**king day, this is beyond bad service, for a game I'm paying to play, I feel like a beggar grabbing at whatever pickings they're willing to give and only being able to play the game at their leisure.

i would, if the team gave  a damn.
two days passed and i never saw them speaking(writing) about all these problems that are happening later they just keep quiet like they are the all mighty gods that dont descent from the heavens to speak with the mortal realm. i mean really? cant you even make a fu... post saying how to fix the black screen problem? or that they are working to get through the lag in the game?

you did make a post but is the same old clear cache update flash player and the dns  thing, which is funny because i had to downgrade my flash player(LOL)
Note of advice and a Rule for every online game: DONT OPEN 9 MILLION SERVERS IF YOU CANT EVEN MAKE 1 SERVER STABLE

They don't ever hardly speak on the forums. The new flash update was 2 days ago, they didn't know it was an issue till a day ago or so (THEY ARE IN CHINA, BIG TIME DIFFERENCE), I was told they just found out about it and are working on a fix, which doesn't take 5 min to do. FIRST, they have to find why it's not working in the first place with it, then see if they can even remedy that.

Don't put words in their mouths, support has no control over what the devs do or how they do it.

As for the post to fix the black screen, those are suggestions from ME, and other players. MOST people was able to fix this by switching to that Flame browser or w/e it's called. Different people found different issues, because it's a player side issue and nobody knows what is causing it. So stop flaming people over stuff you got no clue on. Thank you.
