Download CCLEANER install it then do Analyze and then run cleaner, it clears most of the things which causing problem in browsing like cleaning chache and offline data, Cookies and things automatically so you don't have to go through manual way. Just a week ago new version of adobe flash player came some how it was affecting game with loading and black screen so i uninstalled my new version of flash player and installed old one and it's working fine, Chrome browser automatically install latest update of flash player so you have to work with manual way of uninstall and re-installation of flash player or try other browser with old version of flash player. Hope your screen will go white this time

i have problem like that to and then i wait 15 minutes not change

I can connect to any server but 81 which is the one I started a 3 days ago, others give me screen to start new character but 81 give me black screen, tried with chrome and explorer and chrome incognito

I have tried everything I can think of and am still having a black screen issue.

Clearing browser history; reset browser, clearing flash cache, adjusting local storage, changing in between browsers and still cannot get past Login Game Server black screen. Flushing my DNS does not help at all.

I've attempted IE, Firefox, Chrome, Comodo and Torch.
If there's anything that I have left out or missed; please let me know.
