Is there any other reasons for the black screen? It loads the first two times but then the third time when it's trying to load the game server that's where it stops. I've already cleaned out my cache and my dns and used 3 different browsers and nothing yet!

hayase, the top up rebate gold stays for the duration of the event right? i dc'ed after topping up and was not able to claim the rebate, i'm worried it will be gone after reset

I honestly don't know, I've never DC'd at that specific point before, so I always claimed the rebate right away.

AFAIK, though, you should be okay.
