hi i had follow the steps in clearing the cache guide and i was expecting that the game will get better but when i re open it and play server EU S506 where i used to play but my character has been deleted or hacked i don't know so please tell me what happened coz i work hard for that character.thanks

Hello , on the server 423 ec is often a black screen today after 2 nights go for a walk before it was time to unsubscribe because they don't know how to fix this ? and will there be any reward for it since missed many times because of this event
