Which one is good to spend silver on? should i spend silver on tavern or reitsu cultivation or forifity or refine or hoguka and something like that please help me! i would like to know how to make money fast

If you want to make money fast, focus on building a PVE Events team (Rukia & Renji at 50, Urahara & Ikkaku at 80). That'll help you make more silver.
After you made your team focus on improving their damage (more damage, more silver). To improve their damage you can do a lot of things (refine, fortify, cultivate reiatsu, upgrading hogyoku stones).
