how to retrieve password?

i have two accounts,each in us and eu.  but i lost/forgot my old account password due to inactivity. i want to play in 2 server again but i cant retrieved my old password. i tried to retried password by email but cant. issit possible to retrieve back my password or i just need to create new email and register? having too many emails is a burden for me -.-

I'd just make a new one, or you can log out of these forums and click the retrieve or lost password link thing...your forum account is the same as your game account.

ive tried but this  is what i gt "Sorry﹐You fill out the account information does not match﹐Can not be used to retrieve the password function﹐If in doubt please contact the administrator". guess ill make a new account :3
