depends on how you build them...  Sajin should be tankier, Nnoitra should put out more raw damage, but with the ability to change mods these days, what really separates tavern vangs are bonds, and being that Nnoitra has a block bond, you can easily crank up his block past the 180% mark making him IMO really above and beyond for tavern vangs
