And for the record.......
Though it gives higher stats it gives less BP than Forever #1, and his much harder to get. :/

I'll see what I can get out of them about if they intend to add more skills or not. They are looki ...

so far the only change they have made is making event partners cost more. And also there are a lot more CN events where partners are pretty cheap like 5k i'm guessing it won't be so cheap here.
