It's also on the Chinese servers though so it's irrelevant. They've been around a considerably longer amount of time in addition to quite a few things are different over there compared to over here.

Yes that's definitely a key point lol. Some of our partners are also nerfed in comparison to theirs. There's a few other things too that I can't remember.

Damn.. my struggle is so real.. I'm barely past 500k, but I can't even figure out why there's a 100K+ Speed gap between me and some of yall..  What hogu, acc, treasure levels you guys have?

Thats simply because the speed talents on all our partners are nerfed compared to CN, dont know why they did that but thats beside the point. I dont know the exact numbers but from what I remember the difference is around 7-15% depending on the speed talent maybe even more in some cases.

My fastest partner is about 475k, VIP6, US70, I'm one of top 3 fastest in my server cluster (half a dozen merged servers).  No need to post SS, since I don't even come close to top 25 let alone top 10 lol.  I am the fastest VIP6 that I know tho running lvl 12 agi stones =P

It's not only that. There's a lot of other things that are different depending on what version of the game you're playing. I know in a couple of version, buffs stack. We had that over here for about a week before they removed it for basically breaking PvE here. Just ask around about Curlss one shotting a level 150 ES if you aren't familiar with it already lol
