How about
Hiki (first to go)- Senju ( second)- Oetsu (third)- B.renji and main
unless you're facing a high tire player who have fury reduction immune on most his partners it's pretty much impossible to lose since the opponent who even get the chance to use their skills
unless you're going with a VG as you said =.= Ichibe instead of B.renji for 200% def, that'd be nice but it will go in waste since u have hiki buff

Senju blocks fury reduction. One hitting will matter the most down the line and since I have 2 STR and Stamina sets. All that will need to be done is move the stones around for the win. As I consider pvp will be a stalemate with me and Evil because Senju. I can move my stamina stone and gear over to HIki and put her over 1mil easy.

it's still a battle of speed, If you were slower than evil's Hiki i can only see 1 way of making a comeback and that is getting the last mod of Oetsu and And 6th mod of hiki and Hiki has to die lol, Oetsu shold be faster than his Ultima and with his last mod he should have enough fire power to oneshot his whole team or atleast giving you a breather
Yeah this sounds so stupid i know XD and since you said you "won't" top up it's pretty lame idea
but that's the only way i think of beating him while being slower -_-
other than that be faster and win lol

I wanted to get oetsu but no place for him. He is the Shinso gin of these wave of partners and I passed in Shinso for a reason. I would love it if they start merging low level servers again.

Hahah I've been doing that by hand daily since I started playing. Crazy part is I don't mind doing that and hunt daily.
