Did you bring it home, throw it in a corner for 5 days, go buy all the accessories for that item, throw them in the same corner for 5 more days, then decide to pick them up randomly, all while making 5,000$ worth of purchases in under 5 minutes despite the numerous flags it would set off, and payment holds?

im Aikazu from 271, atm no.1 from first server up till soon get rekted by that faker, i didnt know what they are doing but for sure i wont TU anymore, my different BP to second place like 70% of mine, my guild highest lvl on server and already 10time defence succesfull, i will disband it and quit this game if they let this faker keep playing. really dude didnt play since 9dec on his first TU, 3 day after my 3k$

Hi, we'd like to say something about this:
1) Gogames employees are only allowed to play on a test server which normal players are unable to access;
2) We've received several mails complaining about this player, including some screenshots showing us the partners and equipment he has;
3) According to our event plans, True-Shikai Ichigo and Ichibe Hyosube were available in the "Anniversary Feast", which was just ended. And about his Zanpakuto, Tensa Zangetsu, was available in the event named "Pyramid", which was held from Dec 6 to Dec 10;
4) We really appreciate your reporting and we'll get in touch with the payment channels to see if it's a credit card fraud.

But support said that they looked into his account immediately. They say that they saw him buy the vanguard and zanpakuto that we DIDNT MENTION in our emails on the 9th.
