Lol if you read the thread GoGames support (apparently they really do exist) already responded and answered why he has that stuff. He topped up a week ago and apparently just never leveled, then topped up again a few days later and still didn't level, then topped up again today. Or so GoGames is telling everyone that emails them

To whom it may concern:

It has come to my attention that a player by the name of titan who plays in server 271 has topped a considerably large amount of gold, 200,000 gold in a short time span.  Anybody can top such amount, it's in their rights, but we find it suspicious that the person has invested this much on such a new server and had very few hours of gameplay so we, players, have come to the conclusion that this is somebody from your staff playing on this account.

While you have every right to play on this server and top up, we don't find it fair that other players who topped a large amount of gold, to get a respectable high place in ultimate charge event and to get a good investment of their money in their respective server, suffer from a test player who will cause an inconvenience in the reward system and overall competition in your server as to the other players who will not approve this behaviour residing in other servers.

This player, Titan, acquired the partnerTrue Shikai Ichigo and the zampaktou Tensa Zangetsu in such short time, along with other partners, which seem rather suspicious for someone with limited gameplay.

Due to this, we have a suggestion that can benefit both parties: INCLUDE ON THE NEXT ULTIMATE BATTLE POWER EVENT (UBP) EITHER THE PARTNERS TRUE SHIKAI ICHIGO, SHINSO GIN OR THE ZAMPAKTOUS TENSA ZANGETSU, OR HYORINMARU so players have a chance to get such partners and be able to compete more fairly with others and future test players if any.
