a guy in my server has shin shura, he has hyorin and zangetsu but he prefers Starrk with hyorin and zangetsu with shura ..
So ... starrk is better if you have VG zanpakuto anyway shin shura does some sick damage in ryoka .... and that's about it .. he sucks at pvp if you don't upgrade him

Yup, I have zangetsu, so is he worth thous coups? who knows, maybe in future I will get vip5 and upgr him.    Would he be good for me in place of stark later?

Noza is a destruction machine esp in pve but from what i read from many people and the info i got on him was that he is disappointing in pvp ( not all the tme though) because of his Skill and without a VGbased zanp you will never achieve his full potential and if you switched to a VG zanp then you will lose a lot of damage and speed on both support and assaulter from Zangetsu .. and Noza can't carry a whole team so My advice for you is to drop Noza .. go for H.ichigo he's very good and he has bonus bond with zangetsu so ..

I have zangetsu,so,yes hollow ichigo anytime..... stark,in my opinion is only good with senbonzakura,not hyorin.....
