Alternatively you can just have your name be OetsuIsLove.
The only event partner you buy is Oetsu and you stack him to hell and back and just destroy people.

Lmao I would genuinely love to see someone just play with Oetsu only. Don't get any other partners and just stack him like you said. Don't even put gear on their main.
