It deff charged me gold and i did it again because blue flame was still on and it didnt charge me gold?? But now blue flame is gone, How do i get help, that makes no sense ?

If your timer was at 0, regardless it would not charge you. If it did , then didn't, then your browser was lagged or something and it wasn't at 0.

im not an amateur.. so ...

it happen to me... n my gold was deducted...

n when i flipped it was way way pass 12hrs... bcoz i timed it... n i was late to flip on time.

so after 13hrs it was at 00:00 n i was looking at my gold... it was charged 125g coz i close a card
which cost 25g... tht i am very very sure off...

i keep track of how much gold i hav...

If for some reason you honestly believe you got gold stolen via the event then e-mail support  [email protected]  They can trace it and see if you are telling the truth or not.

For some reason it seems like you cant send messages to them anymore using Gmail or anything? Do i have to use my skype?
