Depends on what her skill ends up being lol. I've got plenty of fast partners. Though right now it'll looking like she could end up as fastest with oetsu's speed halo lol. Assuming she has a good agi talent.

Yeah for sure that 20% mod and 15% bond looks like she can be the fastest, unless they totally destroy her talent haha. But at the same time that also makes me think she will be 40k+ or something.

Bonds are quite funny too.. they gave her speed through Hiki that almost everyone has and then they combine that with a shitty bond through Cringy that also everyone has haha.

She's weird, confusing but interesting.. I'll leave it at that..

That double attack bonds though is smeexxyyyyyy. I'd love to see her be similar to Retsu Uno in terms of being a hit one person for MASSIVE damage lol. We haven't gotten a solid PvE partner in a while so it would be welcomed...
