Ikkaku or Byakuya?

byakuya is amazing in pvp + his skill animation is just simply AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but byakuya suck in ryoka and evil spirit event

My PVP formation is: Momo, Urahara>Kido Main, Byakuya>Sajin Koma
My PVE formation is: Rukia, Urahara>Kido Main, Byakuya>Sajin Koma
Im running that formation in PVP and PVE. True Byakuya is pretty useless in Events but he isn't the worse. He can be really helpful thru alot of scenarios like Trials, fast killing espadas and 2 round blow out on your opponents. But ikkaku is a lot better because of all the damage he has and his ability to decrease opponents fury.

Exactly its your choice both got their pros/cons , i would prefer Ikkaku though

I just recruited Ikkaku, but he already has hogyoku jades of himself equipped without me adding any. Is this normal? xd I can't drag his hogyoku stones out either to switch them around..

That happened to me as well when I got Toshiro.   He had lv7 hogyoku's and I couldn't remove them or anything.   Later they were gone xD

This is a bug, if you refresh bleach , the gems will dissapear.

Everything depend on your battle strategy, but ikkaku's strenghts would be more useful than byakuya's hit rate.
after, some partners clues more with certain main, dépends which class you play.

try to compare the bonus you can get between these two and compare which bonus would clues more with your main.

Ikkaku! --->>> Why? --->>> Best "free" damage dealer in the game! for now anyway..
More dmg at events = More silver and a hell of a lot bigger chance to kill ryoka.
