HP is no less then 70% after battle. i just read the thing. did you think about making the screen smaller and then hitting on the dam next to the stars??? it helps.

gain 3 star, rec harribel.
put harribel in attribute bonus (on and off her from there)
do the bond thing...
but the result wont change
am i missing something?

oh my god. you dont have to have her in the bond thing just yet to do it. fuck i got my tosen's bonds done before i ever got starrk. do you really think its a glitch? no. its not. you can do it without the certain partner but after you unlock the shit you will have to have them to use them but shit. i dont know what your doing but i dont really feel like going through to stress of trying to talk to someone who cant figure out how to make the screen smaller or bigger to see what you honestly need to do. you dont have to have the partner at that time to unlock it i did it perfectly fine without starrk so shit. i swear im having one of them damn days thanks to certain people irl.

-join battle stage 2 and win
-remaining hp no less than 70%. thats all i know.

yes. and thats all you should know. you dont need to have the partner tier on while your doing it. i did bonds with my TOSEN. i got his starrk bond without fucking starrk. yeah no its not a glitch. you dont need to have tier at  the time to do it. your doing something wrong. cause you should be getting it. unless you cant. you have to MAKE SURE YOUR HP STAYS AROUND 70%
