Pretty much yes, because it requires gold usage, not just purely topping up.

Naw, we've had the same rebate as them for a long time now. I think what you're thinking of is the price of gold compared to theirs. If I recall correctly their $5 top up is for 300 gold as opposed to our 200 gold.

no, we have had 30% rebates, and china has been having 50%. at least for quite a while.
