Looking at it now definitely one of the best PVE and PVP characters if you have her speed mod. Her EVO is a bit of a let down but the ~12% extra combo you get is nice.

For me personally her fury restriction is not that good because a lot of people already have a T1 partner other than the fury givers, Gin, Urahara, Rukia etc. But if you play on a server with low vips or a newer server in general she will do wonders.

I still hope they fix her description since she doesn't give anything to assaulters
