thats why my main will have absolutly nothing on, so he will be 1 shot, and then my hikifune will still reduce the enemys fury, so they wont be able to gen any.

It seems like you don't even think about stuff before you post.

If you had a regular team, and they all hit your VG, Kirio would still reduce the enemies fury. It doesn't matter if it was 1 hit, or 4.
