why doesn't anyone talk about oetsu? he's a better endgame partner imo if you mod him far enough, just my opinion though haha

Probably because Hikifune's easy to mod, relatively. If it wasn't for her attack boost, I wouldn't use her. Just get Oetsu and Senjumaru to one- or two-shot her. Even if she survived somehow, with her fury reduced and restricted, she already has a foot in the grave.

yeah definitley, thats why i mean that Oetsu wud be insane in the long run. but hiki's relatively quicker and easier to power up xD

The problem is the long run. Many ppl said how the other partners are counter to hiki and some maybe even faster and what not but the simple fact is that you just need 3rd mod on hiki for her to be godly which is easy to do with all those accelerating events for her..and you need last mod at others to counter her invincibility and like 5th on oetsu for him to have a chance to be faster.. Unless you are big spender who can just mod them that far almost instantly, hiki is far superior for her price and will be kicking others asses for a year before they reach the mods needed.. there is higher chance that new partner who will be better and faster during first mod will be released sooner than you mod far enough.
So if you are hardly ever present for pve events I would go with hiki, her skill is simply OP and makes unnerfed isshin looks like complete crap.. honestly they shouldnt give her that invincibility... bonus dmg and fury deduct together with her speed is enough..

I am inclined to agree.. Hikifune is just too good to pass. PvP right now is almost all about who has the faster Hiki... she doesnt even need the invincibility, and then her damage buff makes her good for pve as well. Whats not to like?
