Honestly shura ken is your best bet..Soo zabimaru renji is completely useless in pve and not that good in pvp either maybe for f2p players but otherwise there are better choices. csb aizen is pretty good but he is expensive not to mention these days with hiki all around he became pretty useless and you can easily finish 5v5 fights in soul map with tavern stunners and considering you are not a big spender as you say then white ichi who is quite good is out of a question as well because it will take forever for anyone who isnt atleast SS rank in every csb to get him.
I would get shura ken and used him with your pantera in pve. Dont know what your pve formation looks like but unless you use completely different teams for pvp and pve you should work on that. It is the main source of income after all.

and i wanna say you should aim for kyuka sugetsu , no need to explain why , you already know why !
cz his evo is full of combo rate and his stuns and growth rate are very good to be as a f2p partner ........so yeah you should aim him

you havent used soo renji in pve to really know how good he is. i'd rather not have shura kenny. my pve is great since i can one shot up to wave mother fucking 58.

So evo gives csb aizen good stuns?  Hmm didn't know that.  Perhaps I should've gone with him.  Yet I don't regret getting shura ken.  He improved my pve damage by a lot.

That's funny, lol.  Kinda reminds me when I had the same idea about my kenpachi, fully modded, thinking he'd outrank shura ken.  But I decided to follow everyone's advices.  ONe mod on shura ken and my damage went by a whole lot.  Plus he's great for survivability.  

If you don't got an isshin, shin kensei nor b.renji in your pve team, then you definately want to have shura ken.  He hits so hard that I use him in 1vs1 hollow soul fights, so I beat the enemy in 2 hits, after I skill.

Yeah he sure is great in pve...
He might have decent mods and his skill bonus dmg a crit isnt that bad either but that 180% skill kind of kills it + his growthrate will not be that great. He is weaker than panthera grim and that one is still weaker than shura ken, only stronger than normal kenpachi..
Shura ken is better in everything, even unmodded and without evo he will still deal more dmg than your soo zabimaru renji not to mention that -75% break def debuff is just awesome. You need only around 30% block on your partners and they will still block almost all the time.

+ as mentioned he is great in 1v1 hollow soul map fights.. he basically oneshots everyone if he crits in 1v1, definitely not more than 2 hits if you have decent gear on him.
