Issue with Guild Leadership

There seems to be an issue with the guild leader position, twice it has kicked me from being the guild leader.
I've not been absent for 3 days, I was even online the day before it gave the position to another of my guild's members on both occaisions.
The longest gap of being offline has been two days, and yet that did not cause the guild leadership to shift.
Yet without a day long absence I've been stripped of leadership not once but twice now, getting rather irksome.
