Your zanpakuto damage changes, and it has nothing to do with fortify.  Your zanpakuto does damage to a team based on a % of your damage.  If I fought someone 30 lvls lower then me, my zanpakuto would instantly kill their entire team.

Zanpakuto's also ignore things like defense, they work similar to how DOT's (damage over time) work.  Just like you can't dodge a zanpakuto hit.

When I say "long ago", let me clarify, I beat him a couple months ago, so in hindsight I would probably change "long ago" to, "awhile ago".

Starrk is a god, that is how I beat him.  I did not even own Noz Kenny when I beat the final group fight of Aizen.  Also, I beat the group fight with -50 (disadvantage).  At 312% hit rate on Starrk I only hit Aizen about 55-60% of the time.  I would have needed 1 more lvl 11 hit stones to be able to beat solo challenge, consistantly, so I instead chose to focus on the group fight....which I won.  You need about 320% hit rate to hit Aizen often in 1v1. My total BP (regular BP, not PVP BP) was under 2 million when I beat Aizen.  I've gained about half a million BP since I beat him.

Well I guess I'm nowhere near beating aizens minions then.  I'm just one his first minion and my bp is around 1.6million

Zampaktou does damage to a team based on a % of my damage?  Who's exact damage?  My main, my assaulters?  Cause I'm pve oriented and if it's damage based then my zampaktou damage should be high on my zangetsu.
