Hiki-chan, Kensei-kun or Powder-kun?

Sup everyone

I already know majority of you are going to answer Hikifune on this one,
but I wanted to make this just to see if someone can convince me to buy something other than Hiki-chan.

So, obviously since she's in Lucky Turn Wheel thingy, and I just happen to have the right amount of Gold, I will prolly grab a partner (leaning towards Hiki).
However! There are a few things to consider (Q_Q No B. Renji or Ouetsu or whats his name xD) and those things are:

I'm usually 1-3-1 with a T1 Shinso very soon, I have no Muramasa nor Zangetsu and I am by no means rich enough to YOLO and go all out Pokémon - Gona catch em' all! - sooo..
I Only got 1 set of gear with decent Wisdom which is on Shinso.

So Hiki or Powder-kun or Kensei-kun?
Is Kensei still as OP on ES as when released, or was that video back then where he did 30% 1 hit just a hoax?:p

Hehe Honestly I'm thinking about Kensei more the Powder-kun :p Either way an assualter would fit right in, as I can just exchange all with my Sexy Yoruichi :p :3
But I've seen what Hiki-chan can do, thats why I'm leaning towards her :p

Right now it's.. Vang: Toshiro, Assualters: Sexy Yoruichi, Main Char and Isshin, Support: Shinso Gin

My Zanpak is Kazeshini for PvP and Kotowari for PvE.

Mehh... Isshin is more than enof for that combo rate. It's not 100% anymore but still good. Maybe wait for another event to get B.Renji? If you're not full pve person Hiki is the best choice here imho.
