He had AGI talent when it was Wis. He is still good if you want to use him for his 10% speed mod with Senju with me. He's still has a odd place in pve/pvp. I mean odd as he's not good at 1 thing In particular and needs others partners to be relative.

Just changes speed formation and they increased the w00p4s of Oetsu.
But yeah, would've been better if they did it a little later :p
