hikifune is a bigger member contest char .  useless if you have mass defence (tho nobody does). bigger speed char wins over everything and saddly hikifune aint the best in this in long run... tho gogamers fucked the whole game with it giving all to people who pay themselfs sick every single time there isa new partner.. and id rather have the Senjumaru Shutara and rip appart enemy team rather than shield mine  besides she is shedloads faster than hiki...

Eh after much deliberation Ima hold off on Hiki, seeing as im to weak to even get kirinjis shards/SS ...

might be a bit late to put my input but I was in your same boat. I couldnt get far in kirinji's mods and was too weak. I was even struggling to get to stage 9 in HMA. I now got her and I only need 2 more slots to get max mods for both kirinji and hiki. I can also make it up to the 2nd last stage in HMA. So she helps a bunch imo
