Actually dragoon is now faster than all of them except maybe evil. He got his Oetsu mod today lmfao. So his hiki's sitting somewhere around 790k+ speed when he has all his stuff on it.

I think they skipped some of the in between servers too because apparently nnatsu isn't in it. Also thankfully LivingGod aka MyStudents appears not to be in it either lol
