they said that the anime will start when the manga finishes and maybe it will take one or two year ...

Unless they started to animate already with out putting up the release date. I think it be more logical for them to do shortly after managa finishes to not lose the hype. Unless they are planning to build hype for 1 or 2 years. I have no idea here, so just guessing.

the problem is that hype for bleach is gone because how hated it is right now it by the people

I'm not really part of the anime community but I've never heard people saying they hate it. Most people I've talked to said they are waiting for return and people that read manga seemed satisfied by it too, including me.
