yup he is. TBH most of the people who got new partners or got stronger are showing off against the bottom guys. At least they should strip all but main. I was ranked 321 when i started and from that day i ve been stripping all my chars with main without gear accessories and zanpaktou and i even use 9th skill. Usually by this time i'd have reached in the top 50's but i'm still 125

coz of one moron everyone stops stripping. There will always be someone who comes up against lvl 80's with 1mil+ bp. to stop that guy the ppl who strip usually also stops stripping. thats when csb gets broke for low ranks
