People will spend 200 hours playing a game and then whine about not having the money that could be ...

Perhaps they do have the money but for some reason maybe they cant top up, country region for example, lack of debit/credit card, etc.  

Happened to somebody who used to play on m y server.  Used a certain type of gamecards to top up but when they removed that option, that person just got mad and quit the game, because could no longer top up.  I suppose many others suffer from this.
